Window wipers are controlled by the wiper motor. Activating the windshield switch sends a signal to the motor and operates the wiper. When the wiper blade doesn't move after turning on the switch, its often caused by a malfunction in the wiper motor. Includes threaded shaft end and built-in fuse.
